  disc continuous dryer is a highly efficient conduction type continuous drying equipment . Its unique structure and working principle determine that it has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small footprint, simple configuration, convenient operation and control, and good operating environment. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, feed, and agriculture. Drying operations in industries such as by-product processing. It is well received in practice in various industries. Now it manufactures three types of normal pressure, airtight and vacuum, four types of 1200, 1500, 2200, and 3000, A (carbon steel), B (smoothing of contact materials with stainless steel), and C (adds steam pipe on the basis of B).    Working Principle The
  wet material is continuously added to the first layer of the upper drying plate of the dryer from the feeder, and the arm with the sinuous leaf is used for the rotary motion, so that the arm can make a turning motion so that the loquat leaf can be continuously turned. The material flows along the exponential helix across the surface of the drying pan. The material on the small drying pan is transferred to the outer edge and falls on the outer edge to the outer edge of the large drying pan below. In the large dry pan, the material moves inwards and falls from the middle The material outlet falls in a small dry pan as follows. The size of the drying trays alternates up and down, allowing the material to flow continuously through the dryer. The heating medium is introduced into the hollow drying tray. The heating medium is in the form of saturated steam, hot water, and heat-conducting oil. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying tray and is led out from the other end. The dried material falls from the last layer of the drying tray to the bottom layer of the shell and is finally moved by the lobe leaves to the discharge port. The moisture content escapes from the material and is discharged from the moisture outlet provided on the top cover. The moisture of the vacuum type tray dryer is discharged from the vacuum pump port provided on the top cover. Dry material discharged from the bottom can be packaged directly. By adding fin heaters, solvent recovery condensers, bag filter, dry material back mixing mechanism, induced draft fan and other auxiliary machines, it can increase its dry production capacity, dry paste and heat sensitive materials, and can be easily recycled.    Performance characteristics
(1) Easy control and strong applicability: The 
 drying process is optimized by adjusting the thickness of the material layer, the spindle speed, the number of cymbals, the type and size of the blister leaf.

 ◎ Closed type: Equipped with a solvent recovery device, it can conveniently recover the organic solvent contained in the carrier gas. The solvent recovery device is simple and the recovery rate is high. For materials that are flammable, explosive, toxic, and easily oxidized, nitrogen can be used as a carrier gas to carry out closed-circuit circulation for safe operation. Especially suitable for drying flammable, explosive and toxic materials. 
 ◎Vacuum type: The disc dryer operates under vacuum, especially suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive materials. 
 (5) Easy installation and small floor space 
 ◎ The entire dryer is shipped and the entire transport is completed. It is only necessary to lift the dryer in place and the installation and positioning are very easy.
 ◎ Due to the dry disk layout and vertical installation, even the dry area is large and the floor space is small.

(a) drying plate 
 ◎ design pressure: generally 0.4MPa, up to 1.6MPa. 
 ◎ maximum use pressure: generally ≤ 0.4MPa, up to 1.6MPa. 
 ◎ Heating medium: Steam, hot water, heat transfer oil, hot water heating at 100°C, 100°C to 150°C, saturated steam or superheated steam at ≤0.4MPa, and heat transfer oil at 150°C to 320°C. Heating, >320 °C can be used when electricity, thermal oil, molten salt and other heating methods. 
 (b) material transfer system 
 ◎ spindle speed: 1 to 10 minutes, electromagnetic or frequency conversion stepless speed regulation. 
 ◎ Arm: There are 2 to 8 arm arms fixed to the main shaft on each drying plate.

 ◎Closed type: cylindrical shell, can withstand 5Kpa internal pressure, heating medium inlet and outlet main pipeline can be in the shell, but also outside the shell. 
 ◎ Vacuum type: cylindrical shell, design pressure is 0.1Mpa, heating medium inlet and outlet main pipelines are in the shell. 
 (d) Air heaters 
 are generally used with large evaporation to enhance drying efficiency.
